By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the 35bdt platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop accessing or using the 35bdt platform, close any account you hold, and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described herein.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 35bdt with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

By continuing to use 35bdt after any amendment to these Terms is posted, you accept the revised Terms in full. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Effective" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.

Use of the 35bdt platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. This requirement is strictly enforced. Persons under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or receive winnings on 35bdt under any circumstances.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 35bdt is lawful in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

35bdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of funds pending verification.

If you no longer meet any of the eligibility requirements set out above, you must immediately cease using the platform and notify 35bdt support at [email protected].

To access betting, casino, and gaming services on 35bdt, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 35bdt. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be confiscated.

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your contact details change, you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting support.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must choose a strong, unique password for your 35bdt account and must not share it with any third party. 35bdt will never request your password via any communication channel.

You agree to notify 35bdt immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 35bdt shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method. 35bdt reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

Deposits: 35bdt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly or within the timeframe indicated at the point of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card held in your own legal name. 35bdt reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party payment sources and to suspend the account in question pending investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes of approval for verified accounts. Withdrawals are remitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 35bdt does not charge platform fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your KYC verification must be completed and approved.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before the bonus portion can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified available balance.
• No outstanding compliance holds or fraud investigation flags may be active on the account.

35bdt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a full KYC review. In such cases, the processing timeframe may be extended while verification is completed.

Currency: All transactions on 35bdt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and the converted BDT amount will be credited to your account.

35bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games on 35bdt contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of issue, as specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are automatically removed from accounts on expiry.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse 35bdt's bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to harvest bonus value, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Right to amend or withdraw: 35bdt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn while active on a player's account, 35bdt will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering conditions described in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly without first satisfying wagering requirements.

By placing a bet or participating in any casino or gaming activity on 35bdt, you agree to the game-specific rules and betting rules applicable to that product. General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity on 35bdt include the following:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 35bdt. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from the platform. 35bdt reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.

• Sportsbook: Cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets follow standard sportsbook rules. In-play bets are accepted in real time; any bet placed after an event has concluded will be voided. Match void or abandonment rules follow standard industry practice.
• Live casino: All live casino games offered by 35bdt are operated by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. The rules of each live casino game are determined by the provider and are displayed within the game interface.
• Slots and RNG games: All slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generators. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by the game provider and are independent of 35bdt's platform settings.

35bdt reserves the right to suspend any market or game at any time for operational, compliance, or technical reasons. Active bets at the time of suspension will be settled in accordance with the available information at the point of suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 35bdt and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access the platform, or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors intentionally to generate profit.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to pass illegally obtained funds through gaming transactions.
• Using a stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment method for deposits or withdrawals.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.

Where 35bdt suspects that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account in question, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where legally required. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided and forfeited.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes 35bdt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English-language version shall be the definitive version in all matters of interpretation.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

35bdt's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of a breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
